This Privacy Policy explains how EduComp ("EduComp", "we", "us", "our"), operating the website educomp.in (the "Platform"), collects, uses, stores and shares your personal information. By using the Platform you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

EduComp is an education comparison platform that helps students and parents compare coaching institutes and courses, and helps institutes list their courses and receive enquiries. EduComp is an independent platform and is not affiliated with educomp.com.

5. Institutes' own use of your data

Once an institute receives your enquiry, it may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. Institutes are responsible for how they use your information after receiving it, and their own privacy practices apply. EduComp is not responsible for communications made by institutes.

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the Platform to function, such as keeping you logged in and saving your filter choices. You can clear or block these in your browser settings, but some features may stop working.

7. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law. Enquiry data is retained for as long as it is useful for the institute and for our records, and account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal reasons.
